NEO Church hosts special events throughout the year that require detailed planning and coordination. The Event planning team works to setup and teardown the event and make sure that there are enough supplies and food to make an enjoyable event for everyone!
- Monthly Events – Various events are held on Saturdays and Sundays that require the booking of a space, scheduling food and cleanup. A few of these are: Pizza with the Pastors events, Womens' and Mens' Ministry events, and membership classes.
- Annual Events – Some of our annual events require reservation of a space, coordinating food and games, and sometimes requesting donations from community vendors. A few of these are: after church meals, summer cookouts, Fall Kickoff Party, Cleveland Family Harvest Party, Easter egg hunts and the Christmas party.
You can serve in this ministry on an as-needed basis. Since events are spread out over the year, most volunteers are actively planning and serving at each event.
